If this was actually a test car, what would it be?

I really have got better things to be doing, but this is too good to resist. I arrived at the office this morning to discover a skip occupying one of our usual parking spaces. You can presumably do your own jokes – but leave Skoda out of it, ok? The Czech manufacturer makes really good cars these days (and none of them are available as a convertible).
The timing for this isn’t exactly ideal, as we have approximately one billion test cars lurking in the vicinity – and two of us aren’t even here today.
One of the aforementioned is a brand new Volkswagen Golf R. Dropped off this morning. And by ‘dropped’…
…well, that certainly is one heck of a pothole the delivery driver has managed to plant it in – just look how close the leading edge of the front bumper is to the ground. I wonder if I’ll be able to get it out again without doing any damage? Apologies in advance to the VW press office.
In the meantime – just as I started writing this post, in fact – the skip has shuffled off. Zero to a metre high in about 0.2 seconds. Impressive.
